2. Why are your prices lower than competitors?
At Gilfur, we believe in offering real value without the inflated prices. Unlike many competitors, we sell directly from the manufacturer, cutting out the middlemen who often add hefty commissions to the price tag. This means we pass the savings on to you, offering genuine retail prices that reflect the true value of the machinery. We don’t believe in overpriced markups—just honest, competitive pricing that gives you high-quality equipment without the unnecessary cost. That’s the Gilfur way.
3. Do your prices include taxes and shipping?
Yes! All our prices are final and include taxes and free shipping within the USA. What you see is what you get—no hidden fees, no surprise charges.
4. What is your shipping policy?
We provide free shipping within the United States. Given the size of the equipment, delivery typically takes 15 to 25 days, with a handling time of 3 to 5 business days. For more details, check out our Shipping Policy page.
5. Can I pick up my order in person?
While we don’t offer direct pickup, we can arrange for terminal point delivery upon request. This allows you to collect your order from a local freight terminal if it’s more convenient for you.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments securely through PayPal. This ensures your financial data is protected, and transactions are smooth and reliable.
7. What warranty do you offer on your products?
All of our products come with a 5-year warranty and a 2-year warranty on parts. We stand by the quality of our machinery and ensure you’re covered for the long haul. More details can be found on our Warranty page.
8. How do I make a warranty claim?
To initiate a warranty claim, simply email us at Contact@Gilfur.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll take care of the rest, from repairs to replacements.
9. What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day return period. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, or you receive a faulty product, you can return it within 60 days. Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Check our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
10. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process the refund within 3 to 7 business days, and the funds will be credited back to your PayPal account.
11. Do you provide technical support after the sale?
Yes! We are committed to supporting you long after your purchase. Whether you need help with setup, maintenance, or troubleshooting, our team is here to assist you at every step. Even after the warranty period, we offer guidance and access to parts to keep your equipment running smoothly.
12. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. If you need further updates, our chatbot is available to provide real-time information.
